In the most recent release (build 1185), building a single EXE works
like Build Project (all PRG are recompiled, not only the ones that
were changed since last build).  This new approach takes more time to
compile minor changes in a single PRG.
Can you go back to make the compiler time-sensitive and compile only
what is needed to be recompile?
