Hello,

Is anyone using a scanner with a WIA interface ?
can you share some code or point me in the tight direction, on how to
use it ?

Thanks,
Edgar

Two options:

First is interface to TWAIN (not WIA) by use of "EZTWAIN.DLL" that was
around some time ago. Not sure about author if it is still around?
Express++ has it incorporated into util of its own.

Second one would be from "NAPS2" open source project.
Has commandline interface, GUI if needed for configuration, support for
save to different formats , etc. OCR option was added too some time ago.

First one is part of Roger Donnay's "Express++" distribution, so I
cannot link it into here.

Second one is open source project at https://www.naps2.com/
This is one I currently use due to great options available (command line
version works really well).

Thank you Matej, so just to be clear, you use the command line module,
you do not call the DLL directly, correct?

Correct, command line utility.

.dll are csharp ones for .net and not useable with xpp
