hi

SMB1 is default in Windows 10 disable !
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4034314/smbv1-is-not-installed-windows-10-and-windows-server-version-1709

check it with

   Powershell Get-SmbServerConfiguration

and look under

   EnableSMB1Protocol : False / True

to use UNC-Path Folder / File must be "shared".

so Problem with Windows 10 will come if still use SMB1 with Netwotk
Driveletter.

you have switch OFF Opslock

EnableOplocks : False

so no SMBx will work

Thanks jimmy,
I have always configured
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters\EnableOplocks
= 0

because in the discussions for 2016 they commented that it should be this

additionally I have also executed the smb2infocache tool without results

thanks again, best regards
