I had posted in the Soapox NG a question about the installation of Avira
anti virus and, after many tries I discovered that the problem are the
errors in the subject. Then I:
1) I checked the installation according to

2) checked for malware and followed the instructions in:

3) I checked for errors in the Windows Defender installation in:

4) I desativated the UAC (User Account Control) andI have access yo mmc.xe
5) I can not execute net stop wscsv neither in the prompt nor in
Windows PowerShell both as Admin
6) Using PsExec.exe 
(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/psexec) I can 
not neither to change the properties nor delete the Regisgtry Keys:
	HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{F6D90F11-9C73-11D3-B32E-00C04F990BB4} access 
denied or locked
   	HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{000C101C-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} 
access denied or locked
   	HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{BFE18E9C-6D87-4450-B37C-E02F0B373803} 
access denied or locked
7) using dcomcfg I can not to change the properties of the 
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{000C101C-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

Please, what can I do for to correct it?
