Please, can you check your Inbox or Spam folder?

If my messages(or from many other your end-customers) are in Spam folder, 
can you set-up any rules for sending emails for you, something like have 
marshallsoft e.g. http://www.marshallsoft.com/contact.htm(Cust.ID in subject 
line and/or web-contact formular) or any other solutions?
