server Windows 2012 R2 I can copy my running directory to XP, W7, and
W10 and it works Not on the Amazon Web Server |

Yes, I moved the entire directory with the DLL'S to the server and when
I click on the exe nothing happens, no error message, no spinning circle
during load, just nothing. |

i get it on some v1.9.355 Apps after each new Version ...most with Intel
"build-in" Grafik.
it switch to 59 Hz instead of 60 Hz so the Solution is
a.) try Intel AMD Nvidea Software and change Resultion and back again
b.) use my Workaround to change Resolution and back
c.) use Hotfix 51 for v1.9.355
my Workaround will work until next Windows 10 Version, than you need to
start it again
