I tested your program with Xbase++ 2.00.758 on Windows XP, 7, and 10, and
had no problems with it or XppFatal logs. I also compiled it with Xbase++
1.90.355, and it does create XppFatal logs when the program is closed. The
logs show the 900 Sub-System Error Code that indicates a problem in the
EH (Error(?) Handler) during "unwind" (according to PDRs 4341 and 6356.

If you still use Xbase++ 1.9, I would suggest that you update to the current
version.
