I want to access my application (e.g. stok) aand .dbf files from mobile 
phone or windows.

Hi,

To access data on a desktop application from mobile phones or hand-held
computers, you can use Alaska WAA (Web Application Adapter) and WAP (Web
Application Protocol) technologies. They use WMLDeck() and WMLCard() classes
for work.
