Macros for VX_Utilities

I would like to have macros for environment variables such as:
getEnv("HomeDrive")
getEnv("HomePath")
etc.
similar to &PRJDIR, &PRJNAME
Is there a way that we can create our own macros or is this just hard
coded in VX?
