As always I just keep plugging away at it ... I have made many 
improvements to the StarLite automated web page building software:

1) Assigning of GPS coordinates per stock record now possible with 
results visible on Google Maps
2) Assign up to 10 icons per stock record to make the viewing of your 
online stock catalogue more meaningful to your Internet audience.

Assigning Icons is easy;  with the ability to override the default 
description and then even add a specification to an icon; example: 3 to 
indicate the number of bedrooms.

So now a retail and rental stock card records can have:

•    GPS Google coordinates
•    Meaningful Icons
•    Video footage
•    Annotations (show price, on Sale, Promotion,  Hand crafted, ect.)
•    Iframe link to other web site info
•    ALSO LIKE links to other stock records
•    Photo gallery with a title and description per each
•    Multiple categories
•    Synopsis with a mix in of a little html if one wants to
•    Option to show online
•    Option to rent online
•    Option to sell online
•    Option to Overdraw on purchase stock
•    Daily, Weekly, Monthly rates etc.
•    Stock record nomenclature attribute
•    Dynamic selection menu created from the stock record categories
•    Shopping cart with multiple payment delivery methods
•    Have stock card pictures on local or external server
