Acknowledging that the Minimize button is non-responsive in Windows 10, I 
tested successfully a hot key to trigger oXBPWindow:setFrameState
(XBPDLG_FRAMESTAT_MINIMIZED).

This works as well as right-clicking the titlebar and clicking Minimize.

So the question: Is there a way to overlay the action block of the minimize 
button?
