Like GMail used to.  I do not want to have to install anything besides my 
XBase++ code on my clients computers.  I believe STunnel needs to get 
install on clients computers.

Yes it does need to have stunnel.exe (97k) and stunnel.pem (1k) that I
just put in the same folder as my application.

Thanks for you help Jonathan.

I ended up using my web site ClipperSolutions.com to email me the error 
information.  My clients are remote (London, Africa, etc.) and I would have
a hard time talking them into installing any external programs.

NO it need no installation.
It needs the files (EXE/DLL) in your EXE dir and a writeable directory.
You CAN install STunnel or just use it and let see get the right parameters.
