Alaska Software Inc. - Sample not working

	Jacob John	Sample not working on Thu, 30 Apr 2015 13:35:40 +0530 Hi, The sample "Mobile Order Reservation System with jQuery" not working. It throws error when clicking the "Select Customer" button. I have tried in Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 machines. Both have same error. Any body has this problem ? Regards Kiron

In case binaries did exist that stem from a CTP drop, they might become outdated. Feel free to verify this by invoking the cxpinfo.cxp page from the document root folder. Please also make sure that you did not oversee to delete the contents of the cxp-application folders that have been created in some subfolders of the application. If this is to no avail, how does the sample behave after you have deinstalled CXP, ensured that everything from the websamples foder is removed and then again reinstall? Also installed cxp in a new machine. but the same problem. Are you trying to say that nobody else has this problem ? Then what could be specific to my environment ? I tried this in a "Windows 7 SP1 32 bit" and "Windows 2008 R2 Server" Please let me know, if any other things to be done. You can verify this with the sample "your frist form". * Ensure javascript is enabled in your browser. You can verify this with the sample "Paging grid with jQuery" If this is to no avail, please get in contact with our technical support. When you are doing so please send the output from DbgView. How to utilize the DbgView tool is described in the sample "Code tracing". The CXP build and execution engine dumps valuable information to the debug output stream that might help to identify the problem. To be honest, in case cookies and javascript are enabled with the browser and the CXP installation was done after the IIS was installed, we are not aware of any problem as you describe with your posting.
