Current documentation states:
The conversion function Bin2u() returns an integer numeric value in the 
range of 0 to 4294967265.

It should say:
The conversion function Bin2u() returns an integer numeric value in the 
range of 0 to 4294967295.

0xFFFFFFFF = 4,294,967,295
