Yes, I have this same problem with exactly the symptoms that you describe. 
It has rendered 1.9 useless.  We have had to remove all 1.9 dependent code 
and go back to 1.82.

I was one of those that reported the problem last summer. I have applied all 
hot fixes also to no avail.

Hi Lynn,

the hotfixes doesn't help. I got a build .337 from alaska (dated Sep. 
07) and with this the problem has gone away (but the alaska guys 
couldn't say why...).

Write an email to alaska support, to get this build (ort try with the 
preview of SL1 which is now published for active subcriptioners).
