debugger altd() and others

Sometimes it is necessary to set a breakpoint on the line "altd()" to make
the xppdbg stop. I always thought, altd() should be enough.
Calling a method of a Xpb like ":show()" or similar methodes which should
refresh the window the in the command-line of the debugger, are making the
program hang.
Calling altd() in the code but compiling the code without /B makes a sound,
when running over altd().
