AUGE_OHR | XppFD on Thu, 11 Sep 2008 16:40:55 +0200 hi, using XppFD.EXE Class Code a iVar Name set to Main Form will not generated. this isnt new, it is since i use Formdesigner, but after my Telefon Call with Andreas it seems new for Alaska so i write it into Bugreport. Sample : start XppFD, call Property and put a Name into iVar. generate Class Code and look into your _*.PRG the name for the Ivar, which you have used, is not in _*.PRG greetings by OHR Jimmy | |
James Loughner | Re: XppFD on Thu, 11 Sep 2008 15:14:43 -0400 There are several places where you can have a nae clash in FD. If you use the field import function and the DBF has a field name the same as the DBF name. There will be a name clash. because an ivar with the name of the DBF is created and also the ivar for the field name. However fixing this would break existing code. My other problem with FD is that if you use the import DBF function the FD stores the full path to the DBF instead of the relative path. This makes it impossible to use the DBF import with several developers who may have completely different directory setups above the project directory.
