Can I create a email with a .dbf file attachement and dump this outging 
email in the outbox of Outlook Express/Outlook email managing application. I
want to do this because, here is india in some rural places the internet is
not avaliable round the clock because of bad telephone lines. Some
connections are dial-up. I want my application to dump all the emails in the
