ASINET is a TCP/IP sockets library published by Alaska Software. It is 
included with the professional subscription, see:

You may also want to consider Xb2.NET. Like ASINET, Xb2.NET is also 
provides raw TCP/IP sockets but unlike ASINET, source code is available 
plus you get native Xbase++ HTTP and SOAP server and client classes.
