I have sendmail working to a POP account using asinet but not sure how to
send to an internal Exchange server. Anybody know what I might run into?

You have to allow "mail forwarding" on the exchange server. Be careful to
only limit this to a inside machine otherwise you will become a "spam
forwarding" host!

...and once your exchange appears on a blacklist, it is actually
easier to change the domain name and external ip address than it is to
get yourself removed from the blacklists.
