Have a LoadFromUrl that is used inside a thread with
SetInterval.

         It happens that sometimes LoadFromUrl takes so long (because
the server on the other side wont reply) that it holds the next
execution of SetInterval.

         So, after all, the question : whats the timeout of LoadFromUrl
? Can I change it programatically ?
