I like to draw your attention to PDR 6063 which can be viewed following
this link:

The IIS7 is unable to invoke the Waa1Gate.isa gateway. This can be
read-up in PDR 6063.

An appropriate WAA installation package will be provided in due course
after the final release of Xbase++ Sl1.

I solved this problem over a week ago.  It affects both the 32-bit and 
64-bit versions of Vista and also Win Server 2008, all of them the current 
versions in Microsoft's product line. It is a non-intuitive setup issue 
which I worked through with divine assistance from Microsoft.

There is, however, a socket problem in WAA1SRV.EXE, I think.  This failure 
occurs when the first POST is processed.  Andreas can fix this one, instead, 
and we can mark PDR 6063 as closed.
