Christian, re 1) Currently, we are assembling all issues in the newsgroups we set up so that others can see. So you've come to the right place . re 2) For some platforms such as Windows XP, this is the behaviour defined for the "Open" dialog. The default path for the dialog defaults to "My Documents". Also, the dialog remembers the folder you were browsing last. The default project path setting is used if you select File -> New... to create a new project. re 3) For the time being, please try to attribute an anomaly to one of the "component" newsgroups defined. We may add a bugreport newsgroup in the future but for now, we think the current format makes it easier for everybody to get used to the new environment. It sounds as if something's wrong with your installation! Please check the following: o VX was installed in the same directory as your Xbase++ 1.82 installation o Use "vx20 -cr" to clear your registry and try again. Does this help?
