Hello all,

the ESD-System wrote me, that my subscription is not valid to download VX.
My prof. supscription is
from May 2002 and the only update I got is XBase 1.82. Please tell me how to
get the beta...

please contact us at support@alaska-research.com. If you include your
#EO number, we'll send you your access information for the download
account first thing in the morning.

An afterthought: As I said in my previous post, we're still working on
the problem. Meanwhile, if any of you has problems accessing the
download account with your #EO number, please check if the
#EO number you specified is that of a renewal order. If so, please
try sending the #EO number of your original subscription (the one
that was renewed) instead.

This seems to help in most cases.
