As far as I understand you need the feature to choose
a folder that is the currentdirectory when debugging
a executable. Is that what you want?

Yes it's a standard shortcut parameter, so I use it to have multiple 
instance of my apps.

Yes I think it is.
I work with IDE since Borland C++ 3.0 (DOS). VX is good with good 
feature, but it can be better.
