Still don't know what Error Code 273 means cause can't find it in the help
file.

But, discovered why I was getting the error.  For some reason I don't
remember I had set the exe to run in compatibilty WinXP SP3 mode.  And
debugger didn't like it.  Removed the compatibilty and all is well again.
