There is a gentleman in Western Canada that cannot get to the website.  He 
can get to ports 80 & 443 which is another application on the same computer, 
but he cannot get ot the DevCon site on the alternate ports.


Is anybody else have these problems??

came up ok.

I'm in western Canada as well.  8001 is working fine, can't get to 543 
though.

I am left scratching my head as to why some people cannot get to both 
sites???

Hi Jim,

It could be that 543 is being blocked by a firewall here.  I'm on a huge 
Government WAN with heavy security and control.  I'll try it from home 
tonight and let you know.

I would suspect a firewall blocking port ranges - FWIW...
