Please reply in this thread so that we can get all South Africans together
in our rather "lonely" environment. We might be a select few, but I think
we've got a great product on our hands, especially if your are one of the
extinct Clipper programmers.
Please guys, lets get together and join our forces!

I am from Pretoria and working as an independent consultant.

Hi ..

"Lonely" might be a understatement. Im SA born but living in London for a
while.
I worked for a 2 company there where I converted Apps from Clipper. 1 is a
Insurance package now owned by SA Eagle. Not sure if it is still going. The
other is a Medical Aid Program used by Fedsure, but don't know if they
sticked as well. Maybe they still have programmers still supporting it.
The only other person I know of is Adie Addendorff.

Thanks for replying Johan, I thought your name sounds very South African
when I saw it on the NG's. Adie Adendorff is the only other S.African I had
contact with so far. O yes, and Mark Parsons from Durban.
How is the xBase++ usage base in England?
