Mr Ramoundos :
Native LoadFromUrl does not have this capability.
However, there's an alternative version , from Mr Phil Ide, that does
allow you to do that.
I don't know where Mr Phil Ide stuff is being hosted currently (he had a
site 4 that).
Anyway, his version allows you to do the timeout amongst other things,
such as Basic HTTP authentication.

Off topic, by the way... does anyone know if Phil is still alive? I know he
had health problems but always thought he would come back some day...
