Since posting the original request, it turns out that the requirements are 
far simpler. All I need is a quick and dirty app that makes a credit card 
authorization request to the IBiz E-Payment Integrator (ActiveX control), 
and returns the results (just using variables within the app, no need to 
read/write files .. we can handle that).

Q&D implementation of IBiz E-Payment Integrator with Xbase++

1. Alaska Xbase++ 1.8?? ideally, 1.9?? if required.

2. Establish a standard set of variables for credit card authorization, and 
for returning the results.

3. Invoke the authorization, and populate the variables with the results.
