During last twelve years  I have participated advicing or speeching in more 
than 4 different countries in America and Europe, I have Run a software 
Company and created to successul completion five different commercial 
applications with two different programming languages and two web script 
languages.

 My strongest skills are in Xbase++/Clipper and robust databases such mysql 
postgres sqlite.
Last six years I have participated in many foreing company projects BGP, 
GWDC, Halliburton.
