I was approached to do it.   The gentleman is from Iran and all the I/O is 
persian.

Written in Clipper Summer of 87 and Six Library.  Easy Clipper to follow. 
Only part I did not like was instead of selecting an alias it selects area 
number.

He wants it web enabled. Possibly using WAA or ?????   Does not have to be 
converted to XBase++.   Could be something else.
