Customer Service | Unsolicited news posts in Alaska newsgroups on Thu, 15 Apr 2004 18:45:47 +0200 Dear customer, Recently, Alaska Software, Inc. has observed the ex-CEO of Alaska Software Technology AG coming forward with unsolicited posts via e-mail and in the newsgroups. In his posts, Dr. Ziegler brought forward claims against Alaska Software and its employees. These claims are unfounded. Alaska Software, Inc. is considering to bring legal action against Dr. Ziegler and is going to ask for compensation for the damage inflicted by his slander. In the meantime, we would like to ask our customers to ignore the aforementioned posts. Also, we would like to apologize for eventual down-times in our Internet infrastructure. These may be caused by operations solicited by posts from Dr. Ziegler and thus must be attributed to this individual. Also, we would like to ask everybody to not respond to private e-mails received from Dr. Ziegler until this matter has been resolved. Thank you very much for your understanding. We deeply regret having been forced to undertake this step of publicly posting the above, as we would rather have taken up / resolved these issues between Mr. Ziegler and ASI solely, but sometime one cannot always live up to one's principles!
