Dear Xbase++ community,

the news-service and its related data has been moved successfully to a new 
server. As already outlined there is no further action on your side needed.

Have fun again with the news-groups without being hampered by a hijacked 
system eating up our valuable CPU and Harddisk resources - The old system 
is still online as it turned out to be a nice honeypot for bots!

FWIW: The new system is a Quad-Core with 4GB ram and hardware raid disks, 
running the nntp and its related www services only.
