Dear Xbase++ community,

The version released previously contained German string literals.
In addition, the DbeSys() function in the previous Hotfix Rollup
set defaults specific to the German locale, and hence might cause
problems in international applications.

Both the German and the international versions of the updated 
rollup #23 now come with the source file used to build the 
XPPSYS.DLL component. The source file contains all the 
fixes applied for Hotfix Rollup #23.

For these reasons, we recommend to all our customers having
installed the previous version of Hotfix Rollup #23 to download
and install the updated Hotfix Rollup #23.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this
additional workload on your side.
