change when focus on item

I'm using Microsoft Listview Control (MSComctlLib.ListViewCtrl.2).
Everything is OK with XP & Vista.
I set up Microsoft Common Controls Version 6.0 to Windows 2000, but can't create the XbpActiveXControl, get an error - attached.

Any good idea?
